After-sales service terms

The warranty period of POWERFLOW positioners is one year from the date of delivery.

Within one year from the date of delivery of the product, Powerflow will repair or replace it free of charge if it fails due to product quality problems.

The above failures do not include product damage caused by improper use, such as water ingress, oil ingress, excessive voltage, collision damage, and wiring errors.

If the product is damaged due to improper use during the warranty period, Powerflow will issue a written after-sales service report and has the right to charge a reasonable maintenance fee.

The above terms of service are only for customers in mainland China to purchase Powerflow positioner. The products shipped after September 1, 2017 will be valid until the new service terms come into effect. At the same time, customers should be responsible for sending the products back to Powerflow will bear the shipping fee for the product to be sent back (domestic location) for the inspection and maintenance of the technology.
